Consultations – For all new clients we require a full consultation form to be filled which gives us important information for treatments.  This document is fully confidential and used for treatment purposes only.  More than one consultation form may be required during your visits to Dreamers Beauty Clinic under our policy procedures.

 

Medications – Please note, all medications will need to be disclosed during your consultation to assure your safety. In some cases, doctor’s certificates may be required prior to going ahead with some treatments, this is solely for your health and wellbeing.  If your medication/health changes your therapist must be informed.

 

Data Security – Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.

 

Cancellations – Please note 24 Hours’ notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price could be charged if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 075491213, our Facebook page after hours or via email to dreamersspa@xtra.co.nz

 

Hygiene – All treatments and equipment have hygiene procedures that your therapist follows to ensure you are in safe hands.

 

Punctuality and Courtesy – Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.

 

Gift Vouchers – Gift Vouchers are nonrefundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.  If you are not able to use your voucher before the expiry date please phone Dreamers.  Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.

 

Refunds and Exchanges – Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Dreamers Beauty Clinic. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. If you have a faulty product, we will send it away to be tested and go with the manufacturer’s recommendation.

 

Payment plans – If you are wanting payment plans for products and/or treatments please talk to your therapist.  We do accept Q card which has 3 months no interest or repayments.   Please feel free to seek more information at www.qcard.co.nz.

 

Laser hair removal – For laser hair removal a full consultation with your therapist is a Dreamers procedure for the safety of the client.  Before laser treatment begins your therapist will require a patch test, this is to ensure that laser is suitable for the skin.
Please disclose if you are pregnant as treatment may have to be postponed.
We cannot guarantee hair reduction if pregnancy occurs during or after your laser hair removal treatments due to hormonal changes.

 

Credit card surcharge – Please note we apply a small surcharge to payments made using a credit card to help with the added cost of accepting credit cards. We do not surcharge debit cards.
