Client Protocols Level 2

  • Prior to your appointment we will ask you to read through a consultation form regarding new policies we have put in place.
  • If you are unwell, please do not come into the clinic. We have waived our cancellation fee for illness – please stay at home.
  • We will not be able to do your treatment if you arrive for your appointment showing signs of illness.
  • You will be asked to wait in your car until we are ready for you – we will let you know when we are ready for you.
  • Our door will be locked to restrict the amount of clients in the clinic at a time.
  • Please leave your belongings in your car if they are not needed.
  • Please don’t bring children or friends with you to your appointment.
  • If you have a caregiver bringing you, please let us know beforehand.
  • Please wear a mask while on Dreamers’s premises. If needed you can remove it for your treatment. All staff at Dreamers will be wearing masks.
  • You will need to sign in using the Covid Tracer app or we will have a contact tracing form available.
  • You will be asked to wash your hands on arrival. Hand sanitizer will also be available.
  • You will need to provide us with a way of contacting you following your appointment – we will not be able to treat you if we can’t trace you.
  • We prefer contactless payments, we may ask you to do internet banking. We prefer not to take cash at this time.
  • We will be charging a $2.50 surcharge to help with added costs for PPE.
  • While within Dreamers, you will be required to follow our new procedures to keep us all safe.
  • We will be following all health and safety guidelines put in place by the NZ Association of Registered Beauty Professionals.
